Such a beautiful relaxing place to go if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday rat race. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Plenty of things to do round and about - Bude to visit and Biddeford and lots else, or do like us and just walk by the river take in the wild life - kingfishers, Nuthatches and many other birds. Roe Deer to watch. Owners are lovely welcoming people; we have been there 2 years running and will probably go back next year. Incidentally, there are nice places for pub meals or, the cottage is so good with everything I needed, it was a pleasure for me to cook there and look out of the kitchen window across the river - never knew what wildlife I might see. Mrs O, CHELTENHAM, Gloucestershire 24 September 2010
The setting is idyllic, lovely accommodation. Beautifully relaxing place to be. Cannot recommend it highly enough, the ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside. Great holiday place for dogs too! Mrs T, Salisbury, Wiltshire 27 July 2010
A stunning location, homely accommodation and very friendly and helpful owners. Perfect for sampling the delights of Devon. Mr W, Macclesfield, Cheshire 07 June 2010
Kingsley Mill is a beautiful cottage within fantastic surroundings, and it was amazing to recieve a cream tea on arrival! Mrs O, TADLEY, Hampshire 20 February 2010
I would totally recommend this holiday to anyone who wants to get away from it all and just walk in open spaces. Although the pub in Black Torrington (10 mins walk at most) does excellent bar meals and my dog was allowed in, which to me is very important when I'm on holiday. Wonderful holiday accommodation, very comfy and well equipped. Certainly a holiday for those who like walking, wildlife and peace and quiet. Torridge Inn is good for Sunday lunch and it is within walking distance. Mrs O, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire 13 October 2009
Ideally located for visiting places in both Devon and Cornwall. Beautiful grounds, surrounded by countryside with the opportunity to catch salmon and trout in the River Torridge which flows through the property's gardens. Friendly local pub convenient to walk to serving good "pub grub". Mrs D, KETTERING, Northamptonshire 04 August 2009
Recommended for anyone needing to 'get away from it all', or are interested in fishing and countryside. Mrs M, STOCKTON-ON-TEES 06 June 2009
